High Service and Great Location

The staff at Pacha Tulum were really nice, especially the front desk team who provided local tips and helped coordinate our plans. The central location made it convenient for beach and restaurant access.

Unfortunately, our room faced a busy intersection, which resulted in noisy nights.

Ideal and lovely place with pleasant staff at the reception desk. A sofa bed, a coffee/tea maker, and a work desk available in the double room. Extremely comfy bed and best facilities...

The place is really cute and quiet, we didn't want to leave!

everything is really good, the room is brand-new with a spacious shower, great bathroom, comfortable bed. the hotel provides splendid breakfast with a choise of illy coffe and illy coffe and capuccino. the place is located minute walk from a bus stop.

The staff's willingness to assist with local recommendations and their attention to detail greatly enhanced my experience. The beautifully decorated room provided a comfortable atmosphere after a long day of business meetings.

The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was splendid and good with real espresso coffee. The staff were affable, the room was brand-new with great bathroom, large beds, ac. Location: the property was just next door to the public beach, and Tulum and Playa del Carmen.

Centrally located with helpful staff.

The room had a strong odor, and the shower was problematic as it didn't work properly. I also found the check-in process unfriendly, lacking warmth and guidance. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired as there were stains on the walls and debris on the floor.

The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. The pool is clean and a great spot to relax after a long day. The room was cozy and had a beautiful living area.

The Beautiful Room we stayed in was cozy, and the vibe was super chill. Having a cot for our baby made things easier, and the staff was cute. One downside was that the room faced a busy intersection, so there was some noise at night. But overall, the comfort level was high, and it was a good space to unwind after exploring Tulum.

I appreciated the quick response from the staff when I needed extra towels early in the morning. Request a room away from the street for a quieter experience.

The staff is friendly, speaking excellent English and even Italian. They were really good in providing helpful local tips. The garden view from my room offered a lovely ambiance, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.

Charming Stay with Friendly Vibes

I had a pleasant two-night experience. The room I stayed in featured a luxurious touch, and the staff made every effort to ensure my comfort. I enjoyed relaxing in the serene garden courtyard after a busy day exploring Tulum. Visiting the nearby supermarket was convenient, too.

Impeccably clean place and top-class and caring staff at the reception desk. Splendid and wonderful breakfasts with Illy coffee and cappuccino. - Top setting in the local area, adjacent to the center and supermarkets as well as the outskirts of town. - Walking distance to Tulum Monkey Sanctuary.
